Full-Time Mental Health Therapist

The Women’s Initiative is a nonprofit that provides vital mental health services to women through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed perspective, centered on the core belief in every woman’s innate capacity to heal. We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist to provide compassionate clinical care to our clients, women who otherwise could not access or afford effective treatment due to factors such as race, ethnicity, economic disadvantage, sexual orientation, gender identity, language, immigration or refugee status, age or disability. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a master’s-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services. Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Licensed or license-eligible required. Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking part-time mental health therapists to provide compassionate clinical care for 5-25 hours a week to our clients, women who otherwise could not access or afford effective treatment due to factors such as race, ethnicity, economic disadvantage, sexual orientation, gender identity, language, immigration or refugee status, age or disability. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a master’s-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services.
