Clinical Services Director

The Women’s Initiative is a nonprofit that provides vital mental health services to women through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed perspective, centered on the core belief in every woman’s innate capacity to heal. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Services Director to provide supervision to a diverse clinical team as well as compassionate clinical care to our clients, women who otherwise could not access or afford effective treatment due to factors such as race, ethnicity, economic disadvantage, sexual orientation, gender identity, language, immigration or refugee status, age, or disability. The Clinical Services Director will possess superb clinical skills as both a therapist and supervisor, with at least ten years postgraduate experience including supervision and management and an extensive background in trauma-informed clinical work and mind/body modalities. License required. Successful candidates will also have expertise in brief treatment and enthusiasm for continued clinical growth in a collaborative team environment. Operations Manager

The Women’s Initiative is a nonprofit that provides vital mental health services for women regardless of ability to pay, centered on the core belief in every woman’s innate capacity to heal. We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager who will oversee day-to-day office activities and direct effective use of resources in our counseling, social support and education programs. In addition to supervising overall office logistics, the Operations Manager will be responsible for human resources and building and technology maintenance. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Experience with human resources and technology management preferred; experience in a mental health or medical office preferred. Full-Time Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist to provide compassionate clinical care to our clients, women who otherwise could not access or afford effective treatment due to factors such as race, ethnicity, economic disadvantage, sexual orientation, gender identity, language, immigration or refugee status, age or disability. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a master’s-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services. Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Licensed or license-eligible required. Proficiency in Spanish a plus. Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a master’s-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services.
