This offering provides participants with a creative outlet for self-expression and fosters positive growth opportunities. Facilitators will guide participants through painting, drawing and other artistic media. Creative Expressions will provide a relaxing atmosphere where women can escape the heaviness of life. Knit Now - Learn How

We welcome new or experienced knitters to our group. Knitting help and supplies are available free of charge. Come join us to chat, work quietly or listen to music while creating something fun or beautiful.

Breathe - Silent Hour

Please join us to sit in quiet contemplation or meditation. In this hour of silence, you can attend for the full hour or fifteen-minute intervals.
WALK IT OUT
Come join our weekly walking group focused on building community and providing mutual support while relieving stress and gaining energy. Walk-it-out groups start at Jefferson School City Center.
