Volunteer Opportunities

Promotional Volunteers:

Promotional volunteers distribute brochures and monthly calendar listings to local businesses to promote our programs

Resource Library Volunteers:

Resource library volunteers will coordinate, secure and catalog donations of self help books, DVD's and CD's

Crafts for Relaxation - Group Leader Volunteers:

Crafts for relaxation group leader volunteers are creative individuals who can purchase craft supplies, set up a craft schedule and run a group on Tuesday mornings from 11-12

Clerical Volunteers: 

Clerical volunteers are needed for the following positions:

• Mass mailing of newsletters and promotional information
  
• Thursday mornings from 9-10:30 am
  
• Thursday evenings from 5-8 pm

Gardening Volunteers:

We have a beautiful enclosed rear porch which we would like to turn into a sanctuary of plantings for women to sit and read, meditate or to share a cup of tea with other women. If you have a green thumb and would like to create a space where relaxation is key then this is the opportunity for you.

Lawn and Garden Maintenance Volunteers: 

We are looking for volunteers to mow the grass around the office and to maintain the plant beds. Do you have a lawn mower? Do you like to work outside? If so, we would love your help.
