CULTURAL HUMILITY Resource Library

a COLLECTION OF MEDIA on RACIAL AND SOCIAL JUSTICE issues

The Women’s Initiative defines cultural humility as an ongoing process of critical self-reflection, recognizing and mitigating power imbalances, and holding ourselves accountable at an institutional level. We believe in the power of inclusive spaces and strive to implement strategies that disrupt oppressive systems.

The library contains resources to help build awareness and understanding of racial and social justice issues and to intentionally reflect on ways these challenges affect our bodies and our mental health. The list is not intended to be a comprehensive bibliography of equity, diversity, and inclusion topics. We hope our selections spark dialogue, self-reflection, and healing.
