Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking part-time mental health therapists to provide compassionate clinical care for 5-12 hours a week, including Tuesday and Thursday evenings, to our clients, women who otherwise could not access or afford effective treatment due to factors such as race, ethnicity, economic disadvantage, sexual orientation, gender identity, language, immigration or refugee status, age or disability.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a master’s-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services. Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Licensed or license-eligible required.

Part-Time Client Support and Referral Specialist

We are seeking a Part-Time Client Support and Referral Specialist for our Jefferson School City Center office. This 15-hours-per-week position is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients in person and over the phone, office reception and coordination, supporting therapists in finding appropriate referrals for clients, and assisting with records and data management.

Successful candidates will be patient, flexible, reliable and organized. They will also possess attention to detail, the ability to follow through with multiple conflicting demands, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
