Vital mental health programs regardless of ability to pay
Resilience is at the heart of our mission.
We offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health counseling and programs for women who experience financial or other barriers to care. We also offer services designed to meet the unique needs of Black, BIPOC, Latine, and LGBTQ+ communities. Our programs are always free.

Support Our Mission
Want to get involved?
Our ability to provide free mental health counseling services is only possible through the combined generosity of many. Our volunteers serve as board members, administrative supporters, counselors, program facilitators, helpers for special events, and more. Our donors enable us to enhance and expand our mental health services and make a significant, direct impact on our mission every day.
