Job Opening:
Executive Director
The Women’s Initiative (TWI) is seeking an Executive Director for this established non-profit agency providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health counseling and resilience programs for women who experience financial or other barriers to care. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will lead the staff and guide all aspects of the organization, including implementing the current multi-year strategic plan and establishing annual goals and metrics to assess the agency’s progress. In addition, the Executive Director partners with the Deputy Director to lead TWI’s strategic and operational planning, including human resources, succession, finance, development, and evaluation efforts. The Executive Director also partners with the Clinical Services Director and clinical team to ensure programmatic needs are addressed and that programming is effective.
